/ Grounded in action

Neighborly action, direct relief.

We are a grassroots network of neighbors working to build permanent community self-reliance. Every hour and dollar donated stays directly in our zip code to fund immediate, tangible material relief.

How we started

Our first Saturday.

In the autumn of 2021, three neighbors gathered with rakes and a single toolbox to help a local family clear water damage after a sudden storm. We realized that formal aid takes weeks, but neighbors can show up in hours.

Today, those Saturday morning workgroups have grown into a steady, hands-on resource hub. We don't manage distant funds; we repair roofs, stock local pantries, and host practical wellness workshops right here in our neighborhood.

Voices from the neighborhood

When the crisis hit, they didn't send us forms to fill out. They brought dry blankets, fixed our porch, and stayed to make sure we were safe.
